By using the Recess and Rally website at www.recessandrally.com or any school spirit-wear store we operate (together, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Recess and Rally designs, builds, and operates online spirit-wear stores for K–12 schools. Items are custom printed on demand when you order them and are either shipped to your address or delivered to the school in a group delivery, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders and save your details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please keep your email address current so order updates reach you.
All purchases are subject to product availability, and prices may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. An order confirmation email means we have received your order. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfill it — for example, if a product becomes unavailable or an address cannot be delivered to.
Because items are printed on demand, production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships, and carrier transit time is added on top. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. Orders placed with school delivery are produced as a batch after the ordering window closes and arrive at the school in one delivery, where the school distributes them. Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
If an item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us at hello@recessandrally.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement. Because every item is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind, so please review the size guide before ordering.
The Recess and Rally name, logo, and website content are owned by Recess and Rally and protected by intellectual property laws. School names, logos, and branding used in individual stores remain the property of their respective schools and are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recess and Rally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Napa County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
