Recess and Rally provides a managed school spirit wear platform. We design, build, and operate custom online stores for K-12 schools. Our services include store setup, product design, print fulfillment, shipping, and customer support.
Schools that partner with Recess and Rally receive a free online store. Specific terms of each school partnership, including profit sharing arrangements and product offerings, are established through separate written agreements between Recess and Rally and the school.

The Recess and Rally name, logo, and website content are owned by Recess and Rally and protected by intellectual property laws. School logos and branding used in individual stores remain the property of their respective schools. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
All purchases made through school stores are subject to product availability. Prices are listed on each store and may change without notice. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. All sales are processed securely through our payment provider.
Because our products are custom printed, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@recessandrally.com and we will make it right.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recess and Rally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Napa County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
